The flesh colored tower is half the scale of the artist's height. The tower is composed of 3D scans of the artist's head. The chain adorning the tower is made from renditions of the artist in the style of the popular meme "wojak". The meme first rose to fame from a Polish message board and has transcended into a permanent fixture of internet culture. Several of the wojaks in the chain were drawn by artists commissioned on the website Fiver. These commissioned portraits were used to train the open source AI model Stable Diffusion in order to generate the rest of the portraits that make up the chain. The chain is the result of paying for human labor then taking the intellectual/artistic output and automating it.
